How? Step by step, start figuring out what works best for you. Listen to the small nudges you get to try something, do something, eat something, check out something, change something you’re already doing. Your body is sending you signals. If you listen and adapt your course, you will head back toward wellness instead of into a raging wildfire of illness that started with just a bit of smoke that went ignored.
