Wellness from your wisdom

For those of you who followed my former blog, Tuesday’s post was simply pure inspiration. Giving you a quote to inspire and make you think.

Starting today, Tuesday’s posts will give you a mix of items that are food for thought, if you will.

How can you make the best use out of these posts? Get a journal, and write about how that day’s question or quote translates for you. What can you do with it to boost how well you feel? What does it mean for you when it comes to wellness? What ideas or hints does it bring up?

Listen to your body; it’s wise. It has information that, once you tap in, will keep you steering in the right direction for living well.

Start now, okay? Don’t put this off until you have the perfect journal. (Yes, I know that one!) Get any piece of paper and pen or open up a blank computer doc. Just start. Imperfectly. Good enough. If/when you find that great journal, then you can continue there, if you want. Make it no big deal; just write what comes into your head. No one’s looking! You’re not being graded.

As Brian Kates said, “Never be afraid to ask a question, especially of yourself. Discovery is the mission of life.”

So, let’s get started! Here is today’s question:

If what is in your dreams wasn’t already inside you, how could you even dream it?

If you’ve downloaded my free audio, then think of that vibrant version of yourself you met. (If you haven’t, get thyself back to the main page – Wellness Reinvented – and get it!) Think about what you “dreamed.” This question is particularly for you if you loved that version of yourself but, afterward, instantly thought that just wasn’t possible.

Have fun with this. And please let me know what you discover about how to approach wellness in the comments. I know my readers tend to be a little shy and want to email me vs. commenting, but I – and many others – really benefit from reading your thoughts and ideas. And, in doing so, you’ll get much more back in return.
